DoughTracking.com is the official blog for the redevelopment of the website all about cookies, cookie dough and everything good, DavidsCookies.com. You can read more about David's Cookies at Wikipedia, one of my personal favorite resources on the web. Basically, the company was founded by Chef David Liederman in 1979 on a budget of $30,000 and has grown to be one of the biggest gourmet cookie manufacturers nationwide. You'll find that David's Cookies delivers to every state, nationwide. Davids has had an online presence since 1998 but this is but a small part of the business model for this company. In March of 2007, it was decided to revamp the marketing campaign and site design for DavidsCookies.com. The ecommerce division was restructured and a development schedule came to fruition. New products are in the queue, new affiliate recruitment campaigns are underway and David's Cookies is going to leap forward in market presence over the next three years. Even the David's Cookies presence on Amazon has grown significantly over the past year. |

| This is the current homepage design, with a promotional banner for the Easter holiday. One key element that will be added in coming months will be on-site promotions like this, but on a much larger scale. These promotions, combined with some sticky content and new product availability should generate enough interest to capture more return visits from an already loyal base of customers.
